How Floral Finerie handles information you send through this site.
What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, phone number, occasion, date, and message you choose to provide. If you call or email us directly, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and arrange your order. Ticking the consent box on the form authorises us to contact you by phone, text, or email about that enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list from the enquiry form.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email provider, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both process the data on our behalf in order to run the site. We share your details with no one else, except where we need to coordinate your order — for example, confirming a delivery time with a venue or funeral home you have asked us to work with.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox so we have a record of your order. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Nothing here follows you around the internet.
