How Floral Finerie handles information you send through this site.
What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, phone number, occasion, date, and message you choose to provide. If you call or email us directly, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and arrange your order. Sending the form lets us contact you by phone or email about that enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list from the enquiry form.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email provider, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Both process the data on our behalf in order to run the site. We share your details with no one else, except where we need to coordinate your order — for example, confirming a delivery time with a venue or funeral home you have asked us to work with.
Text messages
If you call Floral Finerie and the call is not answered, an automated text is sent back to the number you called from, asking what you need. After a completed order you may get one text asking for a review. That is the whole program: service messages about your own enquiry or your own order.
Message frequency varies and depends on what you contact us about. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third party. Your number is used to reply to you about your own enquiry and nothing else. We do not send promotions or marketing by text.
Texts are sent on our behalf by our messaging provider so they can be delivered, and by the software that runs our phone and review follow-up. Neither uses your number for anything other than delivering these messages. See our terms for the full text message program.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox so we have a record of your order. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Nothing here follows you around the internet.
